Built upon the national Gatsby Benchmarks and the CDI Career Development Framework, our careers support begins in Year 7. We take time to get to know every student, giving them opportunities to meet employers, gain real workplace experience, and explore academic, technical and vocational pathways through personalised advice and guidance. Our aim is to ensure every student leaves us Future Ready — with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make informed choices about what comes next.

Our careers programme is delivered through tutor time, PSHE, curriculum learning, employer encounters, workplace experience and personalised guidance.

Every student at Lift Four Dwellings has access to Unifrog from Year 7. Students use the platform to explore careers and post-16 pathways, reflect on their skills and experiences, and prepare for future applications and next steps.
